  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 11.5 inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and all seasonings. Let marinate 15 minutes (or up to 24 hours).

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  • Thread chicken onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.

  • Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Check for doneness (internal temp 165°F). Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
