1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1–1.5 inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Skewers (wooden or metal)
In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and all seasonings. Let marinate 15 minutes (or up to 24 hours).
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Thread chicken onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway.
Check for doneness (internal temp 165°F). Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
