2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil (or olive oil spray)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken to even thickness and pat dry.
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
Brush chicken with olive oil, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Place in air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil, and cook for 8–10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5–7 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
