1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin pan.

  • Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, milk, sweetener, vanilla, lemon zest, and juice.

  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
