1 lb ground beef (85/15)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped lettuce or base of choice
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
Optional: cooked bacon, fried egg
Special Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp pickle relish
Dash paprika
Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, 8–10 minutes.
Prepare base and toppings.
In a bowl, layer greens, beef, cheese, and toppings.
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl.
Drizzle with sauce and serve warm.
