1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar blend)
4 large flour tortillas
½ cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
2 tbsp butter or oil for toasting
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in skillet until golden and done (5–7 mins per side). Let rest, then slice.
Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
Lay out tortillas and spread garlic mayo in the center. Add sliced chicken and cheese. Fold sides and roll tightly.
Brush wraps with butter or oil. Toast in skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
