  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar blend)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter or oil for toasting

Instructions

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in skillet until golden and done (5–7 mins per side). Let rest, then slice.

  • Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.

  • Lay out tortillas and spread garlic mayo in the center. Add sliced chicken and cheese. Fold sides and roll tightly.

  • Brush wraps with butter or oil. Toast in skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

  • Slice and serve hot with your favorite dip.
