2 cups frozen tater tots
2–3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Butter or oil, for toasting
Optional: black beans, salsa, avocado, scrambled eggs
Cook tater tots until crisp. Set aside.
Warm mashed potatoes and season to taste.
Heat tortillas slightly to soften.
Layer potatoes, cheese, and tater tots on each tortilla. Add extras if desired.
Roll burritos tightly, folding in sides.
Toast in skillet with butter/oil 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Slice and serve warm with dips.
