Crispy, golden chicken bites coated in a spicy-sweet creamy Bang Bang sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, main dish, or crowd-pleasing party snack.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Oil for frying

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 12 tbsp sriracha (to taste)

  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Dredge in egg, then coat in flour/cornstarch/spice mixture.

  3. Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.

  4. Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth.

  5. Toss or drizzle sauce over chicken. Garnish and serve immediately.
