1 cup small curd cottage cheese (full-fat preferred)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika or seasoning of choice
Parchment paper or silicone mat
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
Scoop cottage cheese (1 tbsp each) onto the sheet, flattening slightly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and seasonings.
