Ingredients

  • 46 tbsp crumbled feta (from a block)

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Optional: parsley, chili flakes, black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Sprinkle feta into small circles in the pan. Let it sizzle for 30–45 seconds.

  • Crack one egg over each mound of feta.

  • Cook 2–3 minutes for runny yolk or cover to cook longer.

  • Slide onto toast or plate. Garnish and serve hot.
