  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece in a mixture of Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs, pressing to coat.

  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).

  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite side dishes.
