4–6 large croissants
8 oz sliced deli turkey or ham
4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Handful of spinach or lettuce
4 tbsp mayonnaise or Dijon mustard
Optional: bacon, avocado, egg, pesto, cranberry sauce
Slice croissants in half horizontally. Toast lightly if desired.
Spread mayonnaise or mustard on both halves.
