This Easy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a creamy, cheesy one-pan meal loaded with garlic, juicy chicken, and tender pasta. Perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta (fettuccine or penne)

  • lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 46 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • ¼ cup chicken broth (or pasta water)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water; reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add more butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.

  • Add pasta, chicken, and reserved broth/water. Toss until creamy and well coated.

  • Garnish with parsley, extra Parmesan, and pepper. Serve hot.
