Crunchy garlic bread bowls filled with saucy spaghetti and melted cheese — the ultimate comfort food fusion, perfect for using up leftovers or creating a fun twist on pasta night.

  • 4 crusty bread rolls (ciabatta or sourdough)

  • 6 oz spaghetti, cooked

  • 2 cups marinara or meat sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup Parmesan

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp parsley or Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet.

  2. Cut tops off bread rolls, hollow out centers.

  3. Mix butter, garlic, and herbs. Brush onto inside of bread bowls.

  4. Bake empty bowls for 8–10 minutes until slightly crisp.

  5. Toss spaghetti with sauce and ½ cup mozzarella.

  6. Fill bowls with pasta, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

  8. Garnish and serve warm.
