For the Chicken:
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

For the Street Corn Mix:
2 cups corn kernels
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
