This Garlic Gluten-Free Pizza Bread is cheesy, crispy, and loaded with savory garlic-herb flavor — no gluten required. Perfect as a side, snack, or party appetizer.
1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (with xanthan gum)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp butter (or dairy-free alternative)
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Fresh parsley or red pepper flakes for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir in water, oil, and vinegar until a sticky dough forms. Rest 5 minutes.
Press dough into a rectangle or round (1/2 inch thick) on the prepared sheet.
Melt butter with garlic and seasoning. Brush over dough.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.
Use dairy-free cheese and butter as needed. Freeze leftovers and reheat in the oven. Add toppings like jalapeño, caramelized onion, or olives for variations.
