These Grain Free Chicken Taquitos are crispy, savory, and low in carbs — filled with seasoned shredded chicken and wrapped in grain-free tortillas for a wholesome twist on the classic favorite.
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
2 tbsp cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
6–8 grain-free tortillas
Avocado or olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 400°F.
Mix chicken, cheese, cream cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
Add 2–3 tbsp filling to each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.
Spray or brush with oil.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with dips or toppings of choice.
