3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
Optional parsley or red pepper flakes
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
