1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or ½ tsp garlic powder
Optional chopped herbs
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine melted cheese with dry ingredients.
Add eggs, olive oil, and garlic; mix into dough.
Divide and roll dough between parchment sheets.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden on both sides.
Serve warm.
Store refrigerated and reheat gently for best texture.
