Moroccan Spiced Chicken is a bold and juicy main dish featuring a warm, aromatic blend of cumin, paprika, turmeric, and cinnamon. Ready in 30 minutes and perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.

Ingredients

  • lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: lemon wedges, parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix all spices in a small bowl.

  • Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and coat evenly with spice mix.

  • Let sit 10–15 minutes (or marinate up to 24 hours).

  • Pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side, then bake at 375°F for 10 minutes OR grill 5–6 minutes per side.

  • Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Serve warm
