Moroccan Spiced Chicken is a bold and juicy main dish featuring a warm, aromatic blend of cumin, paprika, turmeric, and cinnamon. Ready in 30 minutes and perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.
1½ lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: lemon wedges, parsley for garnish
Mix all spices in a small bowl.
Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and coat evenly with spice mix.
Let sit 10–15 minutes (or marinate up to 24 hours).
Pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side, then bake at 375°F for 10 minutes OR grill 5–6 minutes per side.
Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Serve warm
