Juicy bunless burger patties served over greens with fresh toppings, crispy sweet potato fries, and a creamy paleo burger sauce—everything you love, made grain-free and feel-good.
1½ lbs ground beef
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
4 cups romaine or mixed greens
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup pickles
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Paleo Burger Sauce:
¼ cup paleo mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp no-sugar-added ketchup
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pickle juice or lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato fries with oil and seasonings. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.
Cook patties in skillet or grill pan 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest.
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl.
In bowls, layer greens, tomato, onion, avocado, pickles, and burger patty.
Top with sauce and sweet potato fries. Serve warm.
Use air fryer for crispier fries in less time.
