Juicy bunless burger patties served over greens with fresh toppings, crispy sweet potato fries, and a creamy paleo burger sauce—everything you love, made grain-free and feel-good.

Ingredients

lbs ground beef
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
4 cups romaine or mixed greens
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup pickles
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Paleo Burger Sauce:
¼ cup paleo mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp no-sugar-added ketchup
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pickle juice or lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato fries with oil and seasonings. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.

  • Cook patties in skillet or grill pan 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest.

  • Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl.

  • In bowls, layer greens, tomato, onion, avocado, pickles, and burger patty.

  • Top with sauce and sweet potato fries. Serve warm.

Notes

Use air fryer for crispier fries in less time.
Try with ground turkey or bison for variety.
