Creamy, no-bake peppermint swirl fudge with white chocolate and a festive red swirl. Perfect for holidays and edible gifts.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 34 drops red food coloring

  • Optional: ¼ cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.

  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  5. Mix a small amount of fudge with red food coloring and swirl over the top with a toothpick.

  6. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes if desired.

  7. Chill for 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • Optional additions: crushed candy canes, mini chocolate chips.

  • Let sit a few minutes at room temp before cutting for cleaner edges.
