1½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts, cut into pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1–2 tbsp oil
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
(Optional) 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Optional: sesame seeds, scallions for garnish
Season chicken and sear in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
