1 block halloumi cheese (8 oz), sliced
2–3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2–3 tortillas or flatbreads
1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
1/2 cucumber, julienned
1 carrot, shredded
Optional: red cabbage, pickled onion, fresh mint or cilantro
Olive oil for frying

Slice halloumi and pat dry.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry halloumi 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Drizzle with sweet chili sauce while hot.
Prep and layer vegetables on a warmed wrap.
