Juicy, skillet-seared chicken coated in smoky spices and finished with a rich Texas Roadhouse-style garlic butter. A bold, buttery one-pan meal ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • Optional: ¼ tsp smoked paprika or chipotle powder

Garlic Butter:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: splash of lemon juice

Instructions

  • Mix all garlic butter ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until ready to use.

  • Season chicken with spice blend.

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  • Reduce heat to low. Add garlic butter to pan. Let melt and spoon over chicken.

  • Rest 2 minutes, then serve hot with sides of choice.
