2 large chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
Optional: ¼ tsp smoked paprika or chipotle powder
Garlic Butter:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Pinch of salt
Optional: splash of lemon juice
Mix all garlic butter ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until ready to use.
Season chicken with spice blend.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Reduce heat to low. Add garlic butter to pan. Let melt and spoon over chicken.
Rest 2 minutes, then serve hot with sides of choice.
